CultureCast #37: Developing a culture to lead and train the best in the world with Jarle Aambø (In Norwegian)
Performance culture is a frequently discussed topic, and the key to achieving success lies in understanding what is required and how to reach the desired outcome. As a nation, Norway is known for its strong performance, and this has led to increased interest in the subject.
In this episode of the podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking with Jarle Aambø, CEO of the Olympiatoppen High Performance Cluster, who has a wealth of experience in this area. A trained health scientist and sports biologist, Jarle served as an alpine coach and national team leader for the Norwegian Ski Federation from 1985 to 1994, before spending 30 years at Olympiatoppen in various roles, including 10 years as a leader.
Jarle’s focus now extends beyond Olympiatoppen to Igloo Innovation, where he is involved in the development of SNØ in Lørenskog, as well as the Performance Culture Conference, which brings together top performers to discuss the subject.
It was a privilege to have the opportunity to learn from Jarle’s expertise in performance culture, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for this important field.
