Culture is important for understanding who you are together, how you work together and what gets in the way when you do not work so well together. In small companies this is to a certain extent clear, but in a large system it is really challenging. To talk about this, we have been fortunate to have someone with me who has managed the masterpiece of building a small innovative unit in the middle of Norway’s largest bank. He is Norway’s first Consumer Technologist, he works with large systems and he has invested in startups such as Culture Intelligence.
