Culture is a clear business concept, but it also has a societal perspective. When society changes, how can we succeed in implementing the corresponding necessary changes in the companies? Our guest has worked both with how culture affects both society and educational institutions, and at the same time helps companies. His biggest project is to understand more about how new technology is changing society, especially organizations, their business models and conditions for value creation. He is a professor of “Technology, communication, organization and management” at NTNU, and is strongly involved in the ICT initiative at the institution.
