The technology behind Culturengine is built on Microsoft Azure and is an updated cloud native solution applicable for all kind of businesses. Culturengine generates a customised culture survey to be sent out to participants in a team to capture their values priorities.

A cloud-based software platform

The foundational framework is a culture map which capture the survey results, and display the culture insight in 18 different reports. The agile analyses enable insight in selections of teams, benchmarking with other teams, and comparisons with subcultures or previous culture surveys.

As a support to development, the culture library of 100 values allow deep learning about new values needed for developing the teams and making the aspired culture code real.

What is Culturengine?

Culturengine is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform developed by Culture Intelligence. The platform allows a leader to map the existing culture in a few hours. The leaders can:

  • Map the existing culture with the help of survey
  • Compare it to a desired strategic culture with the help of strategic custom code
  • Provide the team and each person with a plan to contribute to the culture shift with the help of our data visualization and reporting tool.

Do I need to have statistics / technical background to use the Culture Intelligence platform?

No, you do not need to have any statistics/technical background. The platform is self-explanatory, and the User Manual will always be your best friends.

Is it possible to integrate the Culture Intelligence platform with other applications through API?

We collect two different types of data: i) Demographics ii) Value Preference

How long do you keep the participants data?

There are three different consent options in the platform from the organisation and for the participants:

  1. Do not provide consent at the moment: If the organisation select this option while creating the survey, participants can decide whether they want their data to be anonymised after 6 months or not.
  2. Provide consent to handle data: If the organisation select this option, participants will not be able to decide how they want their data to be handled and the data will not be anonymised after 6 months.
  3. Anonymise data after 6 months: If the organization select this option, participants will not be able to decide how they want their data to be handled but their data will be anonymised after 6 months.

How do I start using the platform?

Once you have signed the contract, you will be given a username to login in the platform. Depending on the user right you have, you will be able to create survey, send survey, visualize the data, and send the report to the participants.

Why is culture important?

Culture is documented to have a significant impact on performance. It shows up as a critical factor for team collaboration, learning and innovation, which heavily impact strategy implementation, organizational change and effective restructuring.

A business culture is not easy to see, and is by default challenging to measure, monitor and manage. By visualizing the values in a team, a better shared understanding of the Actual culture is likely. This enables the team a data driven process for cultural development and optimalisation towards an Aspired team culture to match the business strategy.
